Wendy also leaves her mark as Adjunct Faculty at Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business, shaping the next generation of business leaders.

Wendy is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC), a testament to her dedication to the field. She holds a bachelor's degree in Leadership & Organizational Development, a master's degree in Management & Leadership, and is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP & SPHR) in HR. Additionally, she's a proud Certified Practitioner of Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors®.
